How Cache & Cookies work:
Cookies are files created by sites you visit. They make your online experience easier by saving browsing data.
Cache remembers parts of pages, like images, to help them open faster during your next visit.
In Google Chrome:
Step 1. On your computer, open Chrome
Step 2. At the top right, click on the 3 dots or on your keyboard press CTRL + SHIFT + DEL
Step 3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data...
Step 4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time
Step 5. Make sure that the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are checked
Step 6. Click Clear data
Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer:
Step 1. Click Start and type in "Internet Options" (See attachment Edge & Explorer Step 1)
Step 2. Click on Delete (See attachment Edge & Explorer Step 2)
Step 3. Deselect Preserve Favorites website data, and select: (See attachment Edge & Explorer Step 3)
- Temporary Internet files or Temporary Internet files and website files
- Cookies or Cookies and website data
- History
Click Delete and you will see a confirmation at the bottom of the window when the process is complete.
