Due to the recent Microsoft updates on the Office applications we’ve been having issues saving to the SMS Shared files. The below popups come up when trying to save directly to the shared files from Word, Excel etc.
If you click on Cancel when the popup comes up then the folder is accessible immediately. An alternative method is using the Mapped drive (S:) found at the left side of the file explorer window when saving your files.
